Butter all the slices of bread and place 2 slices of cheese on half of them
Place the tuna flakes on the cheese layer
Place the onion and garlic on the tuna layer
Sprinkle with oregano and a little olive oil
Cooking
Preheat a grill and grill the sliced bread with fillings until browned and bread sides are crispy. Place the top bread slices on the bottom and grill on both sides until brown.
Serving
Serve hot with tea or coffee and some coleslaw or side salad.
Notes
Can use slimming world bread, low fat cheese etc.. and basil instead of oregano.
