Semolina Cookies

Ingredients
100g Butter (softened)
100g Plain Flour
100g Semolina
100g Caster Sugar
1 Pinch Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
Method
Mix the softened butter and sugar until well combined
Add the flour, baking powder, semolina and salt and mix with your hands to form a dough
Form the dough into 1.5″ balls and place on a baking sheet at least 1″ apart and sprinkle some sugar on top
Bake in a preheated (165C) oven for 13 to 18mins or until cracks begin to appear on the tops
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. They will harden
Cooking
Bake in a oven for 13 to 18mins at 165C.
Serving
Just eat them!
Notes
Can be stored and kept fresh in an air tight container for a week or 2.
