Semolina Cookies

Ingredients
  • 100g Butter (softened)
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 100g Semolina
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • Mix the softened butter and sugar until well combined
  • Add the flour, baking powder, semolina and salt and mix with your hands to form a dough
  • Form the dough into 1.5″ balls and place on a baking sheet at least 1″ apart and sprinkle some sugar on top
  • Bake in a preheated (165C)  oven for 13 to 18mins or until cracks begin to appear on the tops
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. They will harden
Bake in a oven for 13 to 18mins at 165C.
Just eat them!
Can be stored and kept fresh in an air tight container for a week or 2.
