Salmon Tagliatelle

Ingredients
  • 1 Packet of Smoked Salmon
  • Tagliatelle (Fresh ideally)
  • Cream
  • Chop the smoked salmon in small pieces and fry for a couple of mins
  • Add the cream and reduce for about 10 mins
  • Cook the tagliatelle to your liking
  • Mix creamed salmon and tagliatelle and serve
About 15 mins max for all ingredients. Large pot and pan required.
Serve with fresh chopped herbs and garlic bread.
Fresh tagliatelle is best but dried will do fine too. You can also bake salmon darns but smoked is quicker, easier and tastier!
