Healthy Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • Gluten Free Oats (or regular)
  • 0% Fat Yoghurt
  • Frozen Berries
  • Honey
  • Oat Milk (or Skimmed, low fat etc)
  • Pour a layer of oats into you glass
  • Add some frozen berries on top
  • Add a splash of honey and oat milk
  • Add yoghurt
  • Repeat layers one or twice
Once prepared, leave in the fridge overnight and it’s ready to eat next morning.
Have on the side with your full breakfast and a cup of nice coffee!
I use frozen blackberries and cherries mostly.
