Healthy Overnight Oats
Breakfast
Ingredients
Gluten Free Oats (or regular)
0% Fat Yoghurt
Frozen Berries
Honey
Oat Milk (or Skimmed, low fat etc)
Method
Pour a layer of oats into you glass
Add some frozen berries on top
Add a splash of honey and oat milk
Add yoghurt
Repeat layers one or twice
Cooking
Once prepared, leave in the fridge overnight and it’s ready to eat next morning.
Serving
Have on the side with your full breakfast and a cup of nice coffee!
Notes
I use frozen blackberries and cherries mostly.
