Mix garlic with herbs (Basil or Oregano) and softened butter
Spread on bread and top with grated parmesan
Cooking
Grill under a low heat until desired level of brown. Lightly grilled is best as the butter will burn off if left too long.
Serving
Serve with saucy meals or stews!
Notes
I use slimming world approved bread slices mostly but you can use any bread obviously. If using bread rolls, cut slices into the roll lengthways and stuff butter in the cracks before baking!
