Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
Stir Fry
Fry the garlic and onion in some sesame oil for a minute or 2
Add the beef mince, season and stir/cook until browned
Add the set aside sauce and cook until the sauce evaporates and the mince is cooked and carmelised
Cook the rice while the beef is simmering
Stir through most of the spring onions
Cooking
Pan or wok required for the stir fry and medium pot for the rice.
Serving
Serve in bowls with rice first, seasoning then the beef mixture on top. Sprinkle the remaining spring onions and some sesame seeds on top.
Notes
Add more veg to the stir fry if you like such as peppers, carrots etc.. You might make a large batch of the sauce to use in future as this is the hardest part!
